Where ? What time does the gate opens and the movie starts ?

Cinema operates from Wednesday to Sunday in Harbour Park Barangaroo, Sydney Australia.

  • Gates open at 6:00 PM.
  • Movie starts at 8:15 PM.

    What are the seating arrangements ?

    First In, Best Dressed! There is no bed allocation at Mov’In Bed. We suggest arriving early if you want to choose the best spot. VIP ticket holders have an express access on the side.

    What should I bring / Wear ?

    Mov’In Bed is an outdoor event, therefore it can get chilly once the sun goes down. We provide blankets for the bed but we suggest bringing appropriate clothes in case of chilly weather. 

    Can I ``BYO`` Drink or Food ?

    Attention :  The cinema does not allow any BYO alcohol or hot food. You will find everything you need at the cinema. However, you may bring cold food and non-alcoholic drinks. 

    Bags will be checked at the entry. 

    What is the Food and Drink offering ?

    FOOD

    • Selection of Wines and Sparkling Wine, Craft beers and Cider

    What happens in case of bad weather ?

    Mov’in Bed is an outdoor event and weather can be unpredictable. We try to go ahead with screenings wherever possible and do not cancel for light/intermittent/potential rain. 

     

    In case of cancellation:  

    Screenings are cancelled based on the conditions on site. 

    If the event is cancelled, we will send an email + an SMS by 4.00PM at the latest on the day of the screening. 

    Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not be re-validated for another night unless a screening is cancelled by the Mov’In Bed management team. 

    Do I need to print my ticket ?

    You don’t need to print off your tickets for the event. You can simply display your tickets on your smartphone for check-in.

    Access & Toilets

    The cinema is located at Harbour Park, next to Crown Sydney at 1 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo  

    Entry will entry will be from the Community Recreation Space and is clearly signposted and visible along Wulugul Walk. 

    Public Transport: Train, bus or light rail to Wynyard station 

    Ride Share: Crown Sydney  

    Car Park options around the cinema: 

    Barangaroo Reserve Car Park – 5 Towns Place, Barangaroo 

    First Parking – 189 Kent St, Sydney 

    Secure Parking King Street Wharf Car Park – 1 Shelley St, Sydney 

     

    Toilets for Mov’in Bed guests are at the rear of the viewing area. 

    What's Mov'in Bed refund policy ?

    We can swap your ticket up to 7 days prior to the movie.  

    After 7 days, all bookings are final and we do not refund or exchange tickets for a mistaken booking or change of mind. Please check the session details carefully on each page of the booking process. 

    Refunds will not be given for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions, but replacement tickets are offered for alternative screenings.

    Can my ticket be given to a family member of a friend?

    Yes. If you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to give them to a friend or a family member for them to attend the experience.

    What happens if I can't find my ticket ?

    After making a booking, you will automatically receive  your ticket by email. This email will usually come through within a few minutes but please allow up to 24hrs. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail folder.

    If you are certain you have not received the confirmation email – the next step is to check your bank or Paypal account for signs of a successful transaction. If the transaction has been confirmed and money debited – this means that the booking has gone through but there was a problem with the email address you entered when you made the booking. Typographical errors are common, especially when booking on a mobile device, and this is the most likely reason for your ticket email not arriving.
